FACT:
When a pregnant woman is murdered in North Carolina, the unborn child is not recognized as a Victim.

Unborn Victims Of Violence will change that.

Unborn Victims of Violence will state the following:
AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WHO commits the crime of murder or manslaughter OF A PREGNANT WOMAN is GUILTY OF A SEPARATE OFFENSE for THE RESULTING DEATH OF THE unborn child and to provide that a person who commits a felony or a misdemeanor that is an act of domestic violence and injures a pregnant woman that results in a miscarriage or stillbirth by the woman is guilty of a separate offense that is punishable at the same class and level as the underlying offense.

To The Leaders of the State of North Carolina,

In light of the murders of 8 months pregnant Jenna Nielsen and her unborn son Ethen; 5 months pregnant Michelle Young and her unborn child; pregnant Janet Abaroa and her unborn child; 8 months pregnant Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach and her unborn child; pregnant Leanna Newman and her unborn child Brianna; pregnant Ebony Robinson and her unborn child Elijah, to name a few, I fully support the passage of the Unborn Victims of Violence Act.  Are these murdered pregnant women not enough?  Please do not let this type of violent crime continue in the State of North Carolina.  Please push the Unborn Victims of Violence Act thru and change the laws of North Carolina immediately.

Sincerely,

YOUR NAME
